To record a voicemail, open the desktop zoom app.

Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the app.

Select settings.

Under settings go to the phone section.

Scroll down and where it says "Video Greeting" in bold.

In this section there will only be an option to record a Videomail. It will play the video for people inside our organization and only play the audio for people calling in outside of our organization.

Once you record your greeting, click the checkmark and it will automatically save it.

To test that it is working correctly, have someone in your team call you to verify that it is working properly.
